The Humaniversity social meditations were created by Veeresh Yuson Sanchez, founder of the International Humaniversity Training Center in Egmond aan Zee, the Netherlands. They were created in order to bring people together to meet, raise awareness, make friends and celebrate. By meeting others you encounter yourself and meditation becomes fun.
