Brighton AUM Meditation Dates

AUM Meditations are held on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
Doors open at 15:30hrs, and close 15:45hrs - finishing time is 19:00hrs.

If you have not done the Humaniversity AUM Meditation before, please ensure you arrive promptly at 15:30 so you are in time to register and attend the introductory talk.

Entrance fee - £15 (£10 concessions).

Please shower before the AUM and bring an extra t-shirt to change. Also it is important to shower after the AUM. Showers are available at the gym. Please bring a towel with you.

Special 2-for-1 Offer - If you bring someone who has not done the Brighton AUM before, you both get in for the price of one. 

You will need to bring with you:

• Loose comfortable clothing to move around freely in.
• Add to this an extra t-shirt to change into during the session - you will sweat a lot.
• Your shower kit - showers are highly recommended afterwards and are available at our venue.
• Bottled water if you prefer.

Socialise Afterwards

You are also invited to join us afterwards for a meal at a nearby restaurant at 20:00hrs. Occasionally we have an event or party on after the AUM, please check the website for the latest info!
