The Brighton AUM Team
We are a fun-loving group of close friends who have come together over the past few years through training and living together at the Humaniversity in Holland. We are passionate about living life to the full and meeting others in genuine friendship. For all of us, "doing the AUM" has brought more personal power, fulfilling relationships and fun and happiness into our lives.
We are committed to sharing with as many people as possible this unique process of emotional expression, personal growth and authentic friendship.
Amrit
Proud father of gorgeous two year old Freya, Amrit also brings his paternal touch to taking care of his friends in our team. We enjoy the benefits of his wisdom and varied life experiences, from travelling overseas, taking Sannyas at Osho's Oregon Ashram in 1984, training in HGV mechanics and parachuting - to an MSc in International Development.
He is a CORGI registered gas and heating engineer, specialising in domestic central heating and solar thermal installations. To discuss any possible installations, call Amrit at AP Gas & Solar on 07931 747486.
Anosha
Adoring mother of baby goddess Freya, Anosha has settled in Brighton after many years living, working and studying in the Far East - her Asian adventures included living in the jungle and in Buddhist monasteries in Thailand, playing music for meditations in the Osho Ashram in Pune, and teaching English to businessmen in Japan.
Coming back to the UK in 2001, Anosha became involved in Osho Leela and joined the Humaniversity training where she fell in love in many ways, including with her husband Amrit. The liberation and personal space she gets from the AUM supports her with the many challenges of being a working mum.
Marliesa
German goddess Marliesa brings a light, playful quality to our team, as well as a strong passion to bring people together in authentic relating and friendship. With this energy, she is our expert in "making events and get-togethers happen!" - her enthusiasm and loving nature are infectious!
A qualified AUM Leader and, having completed the Humaniversity 4 Year Therapist Training, Marliesa also loves to express her creativity through dance and movement, and giving sessions in tarot and counselling.

Rakendra
Playful genius and co-creator of Puravida - the UK's only Conscious Clubbing Experience - DJ Rakendra adds a vibrant musical energy to our team.
A qualified AUM Leader and with the Humaniversity Bachelor degree under his belt, he brings his special qualities of warmth and friendship to his role as Course Counsellor for the second year Therapist Trainees at Osho Leela. Rakendra is also passionate about the effectiveness of Bio-energetics and enjoys giving Individual and Group Sessions - for more information you can call him on 07968 275 880.
Tanaka
A VESTA builder by profession and a true Brighton Boy, Tanaka is very happy to now be a member of the Brighton AUM Team. He first experienced the Humaniversity AUM Meditation at Osho Leela in Dorset in 2007 and since then has been closely involved with the Leela community.
He is now nearing the end of his second year on the Humaniversity Therapist Training, which brings a lot of juice to his life. He is a very warm, loving, friendly and supportive guy. He loves to make new friends, dance and party and also enjoys yoga, DIY and cooking.
Amrita
A passionate student of yoga, Ma Prem Amrita (Nectar of Love) first found the AUM at Osho Leela in 2005. She went on to spend a year at the Humaniversity where she graduated from the Student Programme in 2007. Now a 4th year on the Therapist Training she is also studying Jivamukti Yoga in London and teaches yoga in London and Brighton. Bright, beautiful and heartful, she is a welcome addition to our AUM family.
