The next AUM Meditations are held on the 2nd Saturday of the month:

Doors open at 15:30hrs, and close 15:45hrs - finishing time is 19:00hrs.
If you have not done the Humaniversity AUM Meditation before, please ensure you arrive promptly at 15:30 so you are in time to register and attend the introductory talk.
Entrance fee - £12 (£10 concessions).
Please shower before the AUM and bring an extra t-shirt to change. Also it is important to shower after the AUM. Showers are available at the gym. Please bring a towel with you.

You will need to bring with you:

Loose comfortable clothing to move around freely in.

Add to this an extra t-shirt to change into during the session - you will sweat a lot.

Your shower kit - showers are highly recommended afterwards and are available at our venue.
